Designed specifically for the actor to learn to center, focus, stretch and breathe. Begin your weekend with re-aligning your body, mind and spirit and learn techniques to use prior to auditions or un-nerving acting jobs. This is not a high-impact yoga class, but one taught by and actor, for actors, with the idea of centering and relaxation as the focus of the class.


Each week we will focus on finding our “center” through breath and body connection.  In auditions especially, the nervous energy can get the best of us.  It is important to create a space for personal awareness.  This class will help establish the connection of the mind, body and breathe.  


Through breath work and body awareness we are able to get closer to the habits that inhibit our best selves which keeps us from our best work.  This class will focus on breath techniques, basic yoga poses, postures and relaxation/meditation techniques.  


Ginger is certified through Yoga Alliance with her 200HR RYT; she is an alumnus of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts NY, NY and the University of Oklahoma.


This class is designed to be ongoing, renewable every 10 weeks.
